Exclaim is an iOS app that simplifies health insurance billing for self-employed mental health providers, so they can focus on providing care instead of chasing insurance claims.

My focus was on removing friction and streamlining features to make this traditionally burdensome task easy to adopt and habitualize. By displaying only what was necessary, leveraging claim form field defaults wherever possible, and incorporating the UX into providers' typical workflows, I created a calm, intuitive interface to support busy practitioners.

To develop the product's voice, I facilitated collaborative naming workshops and iterative feedback cycles with the team, eventually co-creating “Exclaim”— a concise, energetic brand identity to communicate the empowerment and positivity of this paperwork-eliminating app.
